It's interesting that vulnerability has become such a buzzword and a topic of conversation when it comes to personal development. For me, it's always been the mode in which I write the best. As you will see, everything I reflect on, is mostly from my own lived experience. You might call it overshare, as my Mum often does, but it's always been my biggest tool and most valuable form of connection.
We're here to share and it's what I intend to keep doing, as long as I keep having experiences to draw from!
